Yes. We can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) naming your venue or organization as additionally insured. Many corporate venues require this โ€” just let us know when you book and we'll get it handled.
For custom backdrop design (+$399), share your brand guidelines, logo files, and any design direction. We handle the design and send you a proof for approval before printing. Allow 2 weeks lead time for custom backdrops.
Absolutely. For large events (500+ guests), we can discuss multi-booth setups or additional staff. One photo session (typically 3 photos) lasts about 1-2 minutes, so for a 3-hour event you can expect 90 - 150 or more photo sessions. Need more sessions? Reduce props, or number of photos per session. We'll help you right-size for your crowd.
Yes. We're set up for corporate invoicing and can provide a W-9 if needed for your accounts payable. Net-30 terms available for established organizations โ€” just ask.
We arrive 1.5โ€“2 hours before your booth start time for setup. If your venue requires us on-site even earlier, idle hours are $100/hr for any time beyond our standard setup window.
